Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a challenging and rewarding full-time opportunity designed to develop high-potential candidates for key roles. Based in our corporate headquarters in Batesville, Indiana, this two year program consists of four month cross-functional rotations, along with training tailored to your interests and the company’s needs.
